Run a query as if you were using PubMed, wait through the progress page, and click the relevant link to view the results - once there, it should be straightforward. The score is positive for MeSH term pairs which have a higher observed probability than the one theoretically computed if the MeSH terms of the pair were independent, and is negative in the opposite case. Both positive (i.e. observed more than expected) and negative (i.e. observed less than expected) scores indicate a MeSH term pair with probabilistically unexpected information, whereas a score around zero indicates a pair with more or less expected, and most probably already known, information.
